As Hummingbird Collective’s Chief Operations Officer, Leila is responsible for contract management, developing and executing internal and external operational strategies, and oversees business financials, and accounting.

Leila actively produces and analyzes financial data and implements process improvements. During her career serving in various leadership functions in both finance and retail, Leila has fostered strong relationships with stakeholders and provided coaching, mentoring and professional development of associates, resulting in performance that has consistently outperformed sales and compliance standards.

Her expertise in qualitative and quantitative business controls and financial auditing resulted in a regional Top Ten performance award and recognition for exemplary fraud detection and avoidance in her last role at a major financial institution. In addition to her role as COO at Hummingbird Collective, Leila provides accounting and business control services to clients. She has an Associate's of Science in Business Management and Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature. Leila is certified in QuickBooks administration and is pursuing her CPA.
